1. What we collect

When you apply for a quote, we collect the information you provide (name, contact details, and the asset or risk details relevant to your application) and identity/KYC information verified through our identity partner. When you make a payment, our payment partners process your payment details directly — Twicover never stores your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use your information to assess risk, generate quotes, issue and administer policies, process payments, and handle claims. We also use it to contact you about your policy — for example, renewal reminders or claim updates.

3. Who we share it with

We share what's necessary with the underwriting partner backing your policy, our identity-verification and payment-processing partners, and, if your product requires one, an independent valuer. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

We retain policy and claims records for as long as required by applicable insurance regulation and for a reasonable period afterward to handle any disputes, then delete or anonymize it.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain uses of it. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging on the systems that hold your policy data. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify you if a breach affects your information as required by law.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll post any material changes here and, where required, notify you directly before they take effect.
